בִּגְזֵרַ֤ת
biḡ·zê·raṯ
By the decree
､ עִירִין֙
‘î·rîn
of the watchers ､
פִּתְגָמָ֔א
piṯ·ḡā·mā,
decision [is] the
וּמֵאמַ֥ר
ū·mê·mar
and by the word
– קַדִּישִׁ֖ין
qad·dî·šîn
of the holy ones –
שְׁאֵֽלְתָ֑א
šə·’ê·lə·ṯā;
עַד־
‘aḏ-
in
דִּבְרַ֡ת
diḇ·raṯ
דִּ֣י
dî
יִנְדְּע֣וּן
yin·də·‘ūn
חַ֠יַּיָּא
ḥay·yay·yā
living the
דִּֽי־
dî-
שַׁלִּ֨יט
šal·lîṭ
[עליא]
‘il·lā·yā
-
(עִלָּאָ֜ה)
‘il·lā·’āh
בְּמַלְכ֣וּת
bə·mal·ḵūṯ
in the kingdom
[אנושא]
’ĕ·nō·wō·šā
of men
､ (אֲנָשָׁ֗א‪‬)
’ă·nā·šā,
men ､
וּלְמַן־
ū·lə·man-
and to [he] whom
דִּ֤י
dî
-
､ יִצְבֵּא֙
yiṣ·bê
He will ､
יִתְּנִנַּ֔הּ
yit·tə·nin·nah,
וּשְׁפַ֥ל
ū·šə·p̄al
and the lowest
. אֲנָשִׁ֖ים
’ă·nā·šîm
of men .
יְקִ֥ים
yə·qîm
[עליה]
‘ă·lay·yah
-
. (עֲלַֽהּ׃)
‘ă·lah.
over it .
