הַגֵּר֙
hag·gêr
The alien
אֲשֶׁ֣ר
’ă·šer
who [is]
בְּקִרְבְּךָ֔
bə·qir·bə·ḵā,
יַעֲלֶ֥ה
ya·‘ă·leh
עָלֶ֖יךָ
‘ā·le·ḵā
מַ֣עְלָה
ma‘·lāh
– מָּ֑עְלָה
mā·‘ə·lāh;
and higher –
וְאַתָּ֥ה
wə·’at·tāh
and you
תֵרֵ֖ד
ṯê·rêḏ
מַ֥טָּה
maṭ·ṭāh
. מָּֽטָּה׃
māṭ·ṭāh.
and lower .
