､ וּמְדִינָ֜ה

and province ､
וּבְכָל־
ū·ḇə·ḵāl
and
עִ֣יר
‘îr
､ וָעִ֗יר
wā·‘îr,
and city ､
מְקוֹם֙
mə·qō·wm
אֲשֶׁ֨ר
’ă·šer
דְּבַר־
də·ḇar-
הַמֶּ֤לֶךְ
ham·me·leḵ
of the king
וְדָתוֹ֙
wə·ḏā·ṯōw
and decree
､ מַגִּ֔יעַ
mag·gî·a‘,
came ､
שִׂמְחָ֤ה
śim·ḥāh
､ וְשָׂשׂוֹן֙
wə·śā·śō·wn
and gladness ､
לַיְּהוּדִ֔ים
lay·yə·hū·ḏîm,
had the Jews
מִשְׁתֶּ֖ה
miš·teh
. וְי֣וֹם
wə·yō·wm
and a holiday .
ט֑וֹב
ṭō·wḇ;
וְרַבִּ֞ים
wə·rab·bîm
and many
מֵֽעַמֵּ֤י
mê·‘am·mê
of the people
הָאָ֙רֶץ֙
hā·’ā·reṣ
of the land
– מִֽתְיַהֲדִ֔ים
miṯ·ya·hă·ḏîm,
כִּֽי־
kî-
נָפַ֥ל
nā·p̄al
פַּֽחַד־
pa·ḥaḏ-
הַיְּהוּדִ֖ים
hay·yə·hū·ḏîm
of the Jews
. עֲלֵיהֶֽם׃
‘ă·lê·hem.
