､ כִּלְשֹׁנ֑וֹ

in their own language ､

and purple –

וְהָעִ֣יר

and the city

שׁוּשָׁ֔ן

šū·šān,

צָהֲלָ֖ה

ṣā·hă·lāh

. וְשָׂמֵֽחָה׃

wə·śā·mê·ḥāh.

and was glad .

לַיְּהוּדִ֕ים

lay·yə·hū·ḏîm

The Jews

､ אוֹרָ֖ה

’ō·w·rāh

､ וְשִׂמְחָ֑ה

wə·śim·ḥāh;

and gladness ､

､ וְשָׂשֹׂ֖ן

and honor .

of the king

וְדָתוֹ֙

､ מַגִּ֔יעַ

שִׂמְחָ֤ה

､ וְשָׂשׂוֹן֙

and gladness ､

and a holiday .
