נְבִיאֵ֣י
nə·ḇî·’ê
[that is] the prophets
יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל
yiś·rā·’êl,
הַֽנִבְּאִים֙‪‬
ha·nib·bə·’îm
אֶל־
’el-
､ יְר֣וּשָׁלִַ֔ם
yə·rū·šā·lim,
וְהַחֹזִ֥ים
wə·ha·ḥō·zîm
and who see
לָ֖הּ
lāh
חֲז֣וֹן
ḥă·zō·wn
שָׁלֹ֑ם
šā·lōm;
וְאֵ֣ין
wə·’ên
and when no
､ שָׁלֹ֔ם
šā·lōm,
[there is] peace ､
נְאֻ֖ם
nə·’um
אֲדֹנָ֥י
’ă·ḏō·nāy
the Lord
. יְהֹוִֽה׃
Yah·weh.
