of man ､
שָׂ֥א

take up
קִינָ֖ה
qî·nāh
עַל־
‘al-
מֶ֣לֶךְ
me·leḵ
the king
､ צ֑וֹר
ṣō·wr;
of Tyre ､
וְאָמַ֣רְתָּ
wə·’ā·mar·tā
and say
לּ֗וֹ
lōw,
to him
כֹּ֤ה
kōh
אָמַר֙
’ā·mar
אֲדֹנָ֣י
’ă·ḏō·nāy
the Lord
– יְהוִ֔ה
Yah·weh,
GOD –
אַתָּה֙
’at·tāh
חוֹתֵ֣ם
ḥō·w·ṯêm
the seal
､ תָּכְנִ֔ית
tā·ḵə·nîṯ,
of perfection ､
מָלֵ֥א
mā·lê
､ חָכְמָ֖ה
ḥāḵ·māh
of wisdom ､
וּכְלִ֥יל
ū·ḵə·lîl
and perfect in
. יֹֽפִי׃
yō·p̄î.
