וְנָתַתִּ֤י
wə·nā·ṯat·tî
And I will make
יְאֹרִים֙
yə·’ō·rîm
the rivers
､ חָֽרָבָ֔ה
ḥā·rā·ḇāh,
dry ､
וּמָכַרְתִּ֥י
ū·mā·ḵar·tî
and sell
אֶת־
’eṯ-
-
הָאָ֖רֶץ
hā·’ā·reṣ
the land
בְּיַד־
bə·yaḏ-
– רָעִ֑ים
rā·‘îm;
of the wicked –
וַהֲשִׁמֹּתִ֞י
wa·hă·šim·mō·ṯî
and I will make waste
אֶ֤רֶץ
’e·reṣ
the land
､ וּמְלֹאָהּ֙
ū·mə·lō·’āh
and all that is in it ､
בְּיַד־
bə·yaḏ-
by the hand
– זָרִ֔ים
zā·rîm,
of aliens –
אֲנִ֥י
’ă·nî
I
יְהוָ֖ה
Yah·weh
. דִּבַּֽרְתִּי׃
dib·bar·tî.
