וַיֹּ֣אמֶר

And He said
אֵלַ֔י
’ê·lay,
to me
הִנָּבֵ֖א
hin·nā·ḇê
אֶל־
’el-
to
､ הָר֑וּחַ
hā·rū·aḥ;
the breath ､
､ הִנָּבֵ֣א
hin·nā·ḇê
בֶן־
ḇen-
､ אָ֠דָם
’ā·ḏām
of man ､
וְאָמַרְתָּ֨
wə·’ā·mar·tā
and say
אֶל־
’el-
to
､ הָר֜וּחַ
hā·rū·aḥ
the breath ､
כֹּֽה־
kōh-
אָמַ֣ר ׀
’ā·mar
אֲדֹנָ֣י
’ă·ḏō·nāy
the Lord
יְהוִ֗ה
Yah·weh
מֵאַרְבַּ֤ע
mê·’ar·ba‘
､ רוּחוֹת֙
rū·ḥō·wṯ
the winds ､
בֹּ֣אִי
bō·’î
､ הָר֔וּחַ
hā·rū·aḥ,
breath ､
וּפְחִ֛י
ū·p̄ə·ḥî
､ בַּהֲרוּגִ֥ים
ba·hă·rū·ḡîm
on slain ､
הָאֵ֖לֶּה
hā·’êl·leh
. וְיִֽחְיֽוּ׃
wə·yiḥ·yū.
