､ אַשּׁ֑וּר
’aš·šūr;
וַיִּ֙בֶן֙
way·yi·ḇen
and built
אֶת־
’eṯ-
-
､ נִ֣ינְוֵ֔ה
nî·nə·wêh,
וְאֶת־
wə·’eṯ-
and
､ רְחֹבֹ֥ת
rə·ḥō·ḇōṯ
､ עִ֖יר
‘îr
the cities ､
וְאֶת־
wə·’eṯ-
and
､ כָּֽלַח׃
kā·laḥ.
