וַיְהִ֣י

And when was
אַבְרָ֔ם
’aḇ·rām,
בֶּן־
ben-
תִּשְׁעִ֥ים
tiš·‘îm
שָׁנָ֖ה
šā·nāh
וְתֵ֣שַׁע
wə·ṯê·ša‘
and nine
､ שָׁנִ֑ים
šā·nîm;
years ､
וַיֵּרָ֨א
way·yê·rā
יְהוָ֜ה
Yah·weh
אֶל־
’el-
to
､ אַבְרָ֗ם
’aḇ·rām,
Abram ､
וַיֹּ֤אמֶר
way·yō·mer
and said
､ אֵלָיו֙
’ê·lāw
to him ､
אֲנִי־
’ă·nî-
I [am]
אֵ֣ל
’êl
､ שַׁדַּ֔י
šad·day,
הִתְהַלֵּ֥ךְ
hiṯ·hal·lêḵ
לְפָנַ֖י
lə·p̄ā·nay
וֶהְיֵ֥ה
weh·yêh
and be
. תָמִֽים׃
ṯā·mîm.
