And went
בְּנֵ֣י
bə·nê
the sons
יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל
yiś·rā·’êl,
לִשְׁבֹּ֖ר
liš·bōr
בְּת֣וֹךְ
bə·ṯō·wḵ
､ הַבָּאִ֑ים
hab·bā·’îm;
כִּֽי־
kî-
הָיָ֥ה
hā·yāh
הָרָעָ֖ב
hā·rā·‘āḇ
the famine
בְּאֶ֥רֶץ
bə·’e·reṣ
in the land
. כְּנָֽעַן׃
kə·nā·‘an.
of Canaan .
