וַיַּ֥רְא
way·yar
And saw
יוֹסֵ֛ף
yō·w·sêp̄
אֶת־
’eṯ-
-
אֶחָ֖יו
’e·ḥāw
､ וַיַּכִּרֵ֑ם
way·yak·ki·rêm;
וַיִּתְנַכֵּ֨ר
way·yiṯ·nak·kêr
but he acted as a stranger
､ אֲלֵיהֶ֜ם
’ă·lê·hem
to them ､
וַיְדַבֵּ֧ר
way·ḏab·bêr
and spoke
אִתָּ֣ם
’it·tām
to them
. קָשׁ֗וֹת
qā·šō·wṯ,
וַיֹּ֤אמֶר
way·yō·mer
and he said
אֲלֵהֶם֙
’ă·lê·hem
to them
מֵאַ֣יִן
mê·’a·yin
בָּאתֶ֔ם
bā·ṯem,
､ וַיֹּ֣אמְר֔וּ
way·yō·mə·rū,
and they said ､
מֵאֶ֥רֶץ
mê·’e·reṣ
כְּנַ֖עַן
kə·na·‘an
לִשְׁבָּר־
liš·bār-
to buy
. אֹֽכֶל׃
’ō·ḵel.
