וּבְנֵ֣י
ū·ḇə·nê
And the sons
: יְהוּדָ֗ה
yə·hū·ḏāh,
of Judah :
､ עֵ֧ר
‘êr
Er ､
､ וְאוֹנָ֛ן
wə·’ō·w·nān
and Onan ､
､ וְשֵׁלָ֖ה
wə·šê·lāh
and Shelah ､
､ וָפֶ֣רֶץ
wā·p̄e·reṣ
and Perez ､
וָזָ֑רַח
wā·zā·raḥ;
and Zerah
וַיָּ֨מָת
way·yā·māṯ
but died
עֵ֤ר
‘êr
וְאוֹנָן֙
wə·’ō·w·nān
and Onan
בְּאֶ֣רֶץ
bə·’e·reṣ
in the land
כְּנַ֔עַן
kə·na·‘an,
וַיִּהְי֥וּ
way·yih·yū
And were
בְנֵי־
ḇə·nê-
the sons
פֶ֖רֶץ
p̄e·reṣ
חֶצְר֥וֹן
ḥeṣ·rō·wn
. וְחָמֽוּל׃
wə·ḥā·mūl.
and Hamul .
