וַיַּ֤רְא
way·yar
And He saw
מְנֻחָה֙
mə·nu·ḥāh
כִּ֣י
kî
､ ט֔וֹב
ṭō·wḇ,
good ､
וְאֶת־
wə·’eṯ-
and
הָאָ֖רֶץ
hā·’ā·reṣ
the land
כִּ֣י
kî
– נָעֵ֑מָה
nā·‘ê·māh;
וַיֵּ֤ט
way·yêṭ
and He bowed
שִׁכְמוֹ֙
šiḵ·mōw
､ לִסְבֹּ֔ל
lis·bōl,
to bear [a burden] ､
וַיְהִ֖י
way·hî
and became
לְמַס־
lə·mas-
. עֹבֵֽד׃
‘ō·ḇêḏ.
of slaves .
