､ לַאֲחֵיכֶ֖ם
la·’ă·ḥê·ḵem
to your brothers ､
– עַמִּ֑י
‘am·mî;
My people –
､ וְלַאֲחֽוֹתֵיכֶ֖ם
wə·la·’ă·ḥō·w·ṯê·ḵem
and to your sisters ､
. רֻחָֽמָה׃
ru·ḥā·māh.
