לַֽיהוָה֙
Yah·weh
עִם־
‘im-
יוֹשְׁבֵ֣י
yō·wō·šə·ḇê
､ הָאָ֔רֶץ
hā·’ā·reṣ,
of the land ､
כִּ֠י
kî
אֵין־
’ên-
[There is] no
､ אֱמֶ֧ת
’ĕ·meṯ
truth ､
וְֽאֵין־
wə·’ên-
and no
､ חֶ֛סֶד
ḥe·seḏ
mercy ､
וְאֵֽין־
wə·’ên-
and no
דַּ֥עַת
da·‘aṯ
אֱלֹהִ֖ים
’ĕ·lō·hîm
of God
. בָּאָֽרֶץ׃
bā·’ā·reṣ.
in the land .
