behold ､
חָזָ֤ק
ḥā·zāq
､ וְאַמִּץ֙
wə·’am·miṣ
and strong one ､
לַֽאדֹנָ֔י
la·ḏō·nāy,
the Lord
כְּזֶ֥רֶם
kə·ze·rem
בָּרָ֖ד
bā·rāḏ
of hail
､ שַׂ֣עַר
śa·‘ar
and a storm ､
קָ֑טֶב
qā·ṭeḇ;
כְּ֠זֶרֶם
kə·ze·rem
מַ֣יִם
ma·yim
כַּבִּירִ֥ים
kab·bî·rîm
､ שֹׁטְפִ֛ים
šō·ṭə·p̄îm
הִנִּ֥יחַ
hin·nî·aḥ
לָאָ֖רֶץ
lā·’ā·reṣ
to the earth
. בְּיָֽד׃
bə·yāḏ.
with [His] hand .
