ה֗וֹי
hō·w,
עֲטֶ֤רֶת
‘ă·ṭe·reṯ
to the crown
､ גֵּאוּת֙
gê·’ūṯ
of pride ､
שִׁכֹּרֵ֣י
šik·kō·rê
to the drunkards
､ אֶפְרַ֔יִם
’ep̄·ra·yim,
of Ephraim ､
､ וְצִ֥יץ
wə·ṣîṣ
and a flower ､
נֹבֵ֖ל
nō·ḇêl
צְבִ֣י
ṣə·ḇî
תִפְאַרְתּ֑וֹ
ṯip̄·’ar·tōw;
אֲשֶׁ֛ר
’ă·šer
which [is]
עַל־
‘al-
at
רֹ֥אשׁ
rōš
the head
גֵּֽיא־
gê-
of the valleys
שְׁמָנִ֖ים
šə·mā·nîm
הֲל֥וּמֵי
hă·lū·mê
! יָֽיִן׃
yā·yin.
with wine !
