Isaiah 31:3

וּמִצְרַ֤יִם
ū·miṣ·ra·yim
And Egypt [is]
､ אָדָם֙
’ā·ḏām
men ､
וְֽלֹא־
wə·lō-
and not
– אֵ֔ל
’êl,
God –
וְסוּסֵיהֶ֥ם
wə·sū·sê·hem
､ בָּשָׂ֖ר
bā·śār
flesh ､
וְלֹא־
wə·lō-
and not
. ר֑וּחַ
rū·aḥ;
וַֽיהוָ֞ה
Yah·weh
יַטֶּ֣ה
yaṭ·ṭeh
､ יָד֗וֹ
yā·ḏōw,
His hand ､
､ וְכָשַׁ֤ל
wə·ḵā·šal
and both will fall ､
עוֹזֵר֙
‘ō·w·zêr
､ וְנָפַ֣ל
wə·nā·p̄al
and he will fall down ､
עָזֻ֔ר
‘ā·zur,
. וְיַחְדָּ֖ו
wə·yaḥ·dāw
and together .
כֻּלָּ֥ם
kul·lām
. יִכְלָיֽוּן׃
yiḵ·lā·yūn.
will perish .
