אָמַ֜ר
’ā·mar
רָ֣ם
rām
the High
וְנִשָּׂ֗א
wə·niś·śā,
שֹׁכֵ֥ן
šō·ḵên
､ עַד֙
‘aḏ
– וְקָד֣וֹשׁ
wə·qā·ḏō·wōš
and Holy –
שְׁמ֔וֹ
šə·mōw,
whose name [is]
מָר֥וֹם
mā·rō·wm
in the high
וְקָד֖וֹשׁ
wə·qā·ḏō·wōš
and holy [place]
אֶשְׁכּ֑וֹן
’eš·kō·wn;
וְאֶת־
wə·’eṯ-
and with
דַּכָּא֙
dak·kā
וּשְׁפַל־
ū·šə·p̄al-
and humble
､ ר֔וּחַ
rū·aḥ,
spirit ､
לְהַחֲיוֹת֙
lə·ha·ḥă·yō·wṯ
ר֣וּחַ
rū·aḥ
the spirit
､ שְׁפָלִ֔ים
šə·p̄ā·lîm,
of the humble ､
וּֽלְהַחֲי֖וֹת
ū·lə·ha·ḥă·yō·wṯ
and to revive
לֵ֥ב
lêḇ
the heart
. נִדְכָּאִֽים׃
niḏ·kā·’îm.
of the contrite ones .
