הַדָּבָ֣ר
had·dā·ḇār
הַזֶּ֔ה
haz·zeh,
אֲשֶׁ֥ר
’ă·šer
אָנֹכִ֖י
’ā·nō·ḵî
I
דֹּבֵ֣ר
dō·ḇêr
and speak
､ בְּאָזְנֶ֑יךָ
bə·’ā·zə·ne·ḵā;
in your hearing ､
וּבְאָזְנֵ֖י
ū·ḇə·’ā·zə·nê
and in the hearing
כָּל־
kāl-
of all
– הָעָֽם׃
hā·‘ām.
