וְאֵ֙לֶּה֙

And these [are]
דִּבְרֵ֣י
diḇ·rê
the words
הַסֵּ֔פֶר
has·sê·p̄er,
of the letter
אֲשֶׁ֥ר
’ă·šer
שָׁלַ֛ח
šā·laḥ
יִרְמְיָ֥ה
yir·mə·yāh
הַנָּבִ֖יא
han·nā·ḇî
מִירוּשָׁלִָ֑ם
mî·rū·šā·lim;
אֶל־
’el-
to
יֶ֜תֶר
ye·ṯer
זִקְנֵ֣י
ziq·nê
of the elders
､ הַגּוֹלָ֗ה
hag·gō·w·lāh,
וְאֶל־
wə·’el-
and to
､ הַכֹּהֲנִ֤ים
hak·kō·hă·nîm
the priests ､
וְאֶל־
wə·’el-
and
､ הַנְּבִיאִים֙
han·nə·ḇî·’îm
the prophets ､
וְאֶל־
wə·’el-
and
כָּל־
kāl-
הָעָ֔ם
hā·‘ām,
the people
אֲשֶׁ֨ר
’ă·šer
הֶגְלָ֧ה
heḡ·lāh
נְבֽוּכַדְנֶאצַּ֛ר
nə·ḇū·ḵaḏ·neṣ·ṣar
מִירוּשָׁלִַ֖ם
mî·rū·šā·lim
– בָּבֶֽלָה׃
bā·ḇe·lāh.
