אָמַ֣ר
’ā·mar
､ יְהוָה֒
Yah·weh
Yahweh ､
הַיֹּשֵׁב֙
hay·yō·šêḇ
בָּעִ֣יר
bā·‘îr
in city
הַזֹּ֔את
haz·zōṯ,
יָמ֕וּת
yā·mūṯ
､ בַּחֶ֖רֶב
ba·ḥe·reḇ
by the sword ､
､ בָּרָעָ֣ב
bā·rā·‘āḇ
by famine ､
､ וּבַדָּ֑בֶר
ū·ḇad·dā·ḇer;
and by pestilence ､
וְהַיֹּצֵ֤א
wə·hay·yō·ṣê
but he who goes over
אֶל־
’el-
to
הַכַּשְׂדִּים֙
hak·kaś·dîm
[יחיה]
yiḥ·yeh
-
– (וְחָיָ֔ה)
wə·ḥā·yāh,
וְהָיְתָה־
wə·hā·yə·ṯāh-
and shall be
לּ֥וֹ
lōw
to him
נַפְשׁ֛וֹ
nap̄·šōw
､ לְשָׁלָ֖ל
lə·šā·lāl
as a prize ､
. וָחָֽי׃
wā·ḥāy.
and he shall live .
