､ בָּרִֽאשׁוֹנָ֑ה

at the first ､
וּרְאוּ֙

and see
אֵ֣ת
’êṯ
-
אֲשֶׁר־
’ă·šer-
עָשִׂ֣יתִי
‘ā·śî·ṯî
I did

lōw,
to it
מִפְּנֵ֕י
mip·pə·nê
רָעַ֖ת
rā·‘aṯ
of the wickedness
עַמִּ֥י
‘am·mî
of My people
