וְעַתָּ֗ה
wə·‘at·tāh,
עָ֭לַי
‘ā·lay
because of my [plight]
תִּשְׁתַּפֵּ֣ךְ
tiš·tap·pêḵ
נַפְשִׁ֑י
nap̄·šî;
my soul
יֹ֭אחֲז֣וּנִי
yō·ḥă·zū·nî
take hold of me
יְמֵי־
yə·mê-
the days
. עֹֽנִי׃
‘ō·nî.
