לְהָבִ֣יא
lə·hā·ḇî
To come
עָ֭לָיו
‘ā·lāw
to Him
צַֽעֲקַת־
ṣa·‘ă·qaṯ-
דָּ֑ל
dāl;
of the poor
וְצַעֲקַ֖ת
wə·ṣa·‘ă·qaṯ
and the cry
עֲנִיִּ֣ים
‘ă·nî·yîm
of the afflicted
. יִשְׁמָֽע׃
yiš·mā‘.
for He hears .
