הַ֠כֹּהֵן

the priest
אֶֽת־
’eṯ-

הַתּוֹרָ֞ה
hat·tō·w·rāh
the Law
לִפְנֵ֤י
lip̄·nê
הַקָּהָל֙
haq·qā·hāl
מֵאִ֣ישׁ
mê·’îš
of men
וְעַד־
wə·‘aḏ-
and
､ אִשָּׁ֔ה
’iš·šāh,
women ､
וְכֹ֖ל
wə·ḵōl
and all
､ מֵבִ֣ין
mê·ḇîn
with understanding ､
לִשְׁמֹ֑עַ
liš·mō·a‘;
בְּי֥וֹם
bə·yō·wm
on the day
אֶחָ֖ד
’e·ḥāḏ
לַחֹ֥דֶשׁ
la·ḥō·ḏeš
of the month
. הַשְּׁבִיעִֽי׃
haš·šə·ḇî·‘î.
