וּמָצָ֤א
ū·mā·ṣā
And finds
אֹתוֹ֙
’ō·ṯōw
גֹּאֵ֣ל
gō·’êl
הַדָּ֔ם
had·dām,
of the blood
מִח֕וּץ
mi·ḥūṣ
לִגְב֖וּל
liḡ·ḇūl
the limits
עִ֣יר
‘îr
of city
､ מִקְלָט֑וֹ
miq·lā·ṭōw;
of his refuge ､
וְרָצַ֞ח
wə·rā·ṣaḥ
and kills
גֹּאֵ֤ל
gō·’êl
הַדָּם֙
had·dām
of the blood
אֶת־
’eṯ-
-
– הָ֣רֹצֵ֔חַ
hā·rō·ṣê·aḥ,
the manslayer –
אֵ֥ין
’ên
not
ל֖וֹ
lōw
he
– דָּֽם׃
dām.
shall be guilty of blood –
