The lips
חֲ֭כָמִים
ḥă·ḵā·mîm
of the wise
יְזָ֣רוּ
yə·zā·rū
､ דָ֑עַת
ḏā·‘aṯ;
וְלֵ֖ב
wə·lêḇ
but the heart
כְּסִילִ֣ים
kə·sî·lîm
of the fool
לֹא־
lō-
[does] not [do]
. כֵֽן׃
ḵên.
