lō·weh
רָ֭שָׁע
rā·šā‘
the wicked
וְלֹ֣א
wə·lō
and not
יְשַׁלֵּ֑ם
yə·šal·lêm;
וְ֝צַדִּ֗יק
wə·ṣad·dîq,
but the righteous
､ חוֹנֵ֥ן
ḥō·w·nên
. וְנוֹתֵֽן׃
wə·nō·w·ṯên.
