לִבְנֵי־

liḇ·nê-

of the sons

. קֹֽרַח׃

qō·raḥ.

of Korah .

גָּ֘ד֤וֹל

gā·ḏō·wl

､ יְהוָ֣ה

Yah·weh

[is] Yahweh ､

וּמְהֻלָּ֣ל

ū·mə·hul·lāl

and to be praised

מְאֹ֑ד

mə·’ōḏ;

בְּעִ֥יר

bə·‘îr

in the city

､ אֱ֝לֹהֵ֗ינוּ

’ĕ·lō·hê·nū,

of our God ､

הַר־

har-

. קָדְשֽׁוֹ׃

qā·ḏə·šōw.

יְפֵ֥ה

yə·p̄êh

､ נוֹף֮

nō·wp̄

in elevation ､

מְשׂ֪וֹשׂ

mə·śō·wś

the joy

כָּל־

kāl-

of all

､ הָ֫אָ֥רֶץ

hā·’ā·reṣ

the earth ､

הַר־

har-

[Is] Mount

､ צִ֭יּוֹן

ṣî·yō·wn

Zion ､

יַרְכְּתֵ֣י

yar·kə·ṯê

[on] the sides

､ צָפ֑וֹן

ṣā·p̄ō·wn;

of the north ､

קִ֝רְיַ֗ת

qir·yaṯ,

the city

מֶ֣לֶךְ

me·leḵ

of the King

. רָֽב׃

rāḇ.

אֱלֹהִ֥ים

’ĕ·lō·hîm

God [is]

בְּאַרְמְנוֹתֶ֗יהָ

bə·’ar·mə·nō·w·ṯe·hā,

נוֹדַ֥ע

nō·w·ḏa‘

He is known

. לְמִשְׂגָּֽב׃

lə·miś·gāḇ.

as her refuge .

､ כִּֽי־

kî-

For ､

､ הִנֵּ֣ה

hin·nêh

הַ֭מְּלָכִים

ham·mə·lā·ḵîm

､ נֽוֹעֲד֑וּ

nō·w·‘ă·ḏū;

עָבְר֥וּ

‘ā·ḇə·rū

. יַחְדָּֽו׃

yaḥ·dāw.

הֵ֣מָּה

hêm·māh

רָ֭אוּ

rā·’ū

saw [it]

כֵּ֣ן

kên

[and] so

– תָּמָ֑הוּ

tā·mā·hū;

they marveled –

､ נִבְהֲל֥וּ

niḇ·hă·lū

they were troubled ､

. נֶחְפָּֽזוּ׃

neḥ·pā·zū.

they hastened away .

רְ֭עָדָה

rə·‘ā·ḏāh

אֲחָזָ֣תַם

’ă·ḥā·zā·ṯam

took hold of them

､ שָׁ֑ם

šām;

､ חִ֝֗יל

ḥîl,

[And] pain ､

. כַּיּוֹלֵֽדָה׃

kay·yō·w·lê·ḏāh.

as of a woman in birth pangs .

. בְּר֥וּחַ

bə·rū·aḥ

With an wind .

קָדִ֑ים

qā·ḏîm;

תְּ֝שַׁבֵּ֗ר

tə·šab·bêr,

[As when] You break

אֳנִיּ֥וֹת

’o·nî·yō·wṯ

. תַּרְשִֽׁישׁ׃

tar·šîš.

כַּאֲשֶׁ֤ר

ka·’ă·šer

As

､ שָׁמַ֨עְנוּ ׀

šā·ma‘·nū

we have heard ､

כֵּ֤ן

so

רָאִ֗ינוּ

rā·’î·nū,

בְּעִיר־

bə·‘îr-

in the city

יְהוָ֣ה

Yah·weh

､ צְ֭בָאוֹת

ṣə·ḇā·’ō·wṯ

of hosts ､

בְּעִ֣יר

bə·‘îr

in the city

– אֱלֹהֵ֑ינוּ

’ĕ·lō·hê·nū;

of our God –

אֱלֹ֘הִ֤ים

’ĕ·lō·hîm

יְכוֹנְנֶ֖הָ

yə·ḵō·wn·ne·hā

will establish it

עַד־

‘aḏ-

it for

. עוֹלָ֣ם

‘ō·w·lām

. סֶֽלָה׃

se·lāh.

דִּמִּ֣ינוּ

dim·mî·nū

We have thought

､ אֱלֹהִ֣ים

’ĕ·lō·hîm

God ､

､ חַסְדֶּ֑ךָ

ḥas·de·ḵā;

on Your lovingkindness ､

בְּ֝קֶ֗רֶב

bə·qe·reḇ,

in the midst

. הֵיכָלֶֽךָ׃

hê·ḵā·le·ḵā.

of Your temple .

､ כְּשִׁמְךָ֤

kə·šim·ḵā

According to Your name ､

､ אֱלֹהִ֗ים

’ĕ·lō·hîm,

God ､

כֵּ֣ן

kên

so

תְּ֭הִלָּתְךָ

tə·hil·lā·ṯə·ḵā

[is] Your praise

עַל־

‘al-

to

קַצְוֵי־

qaṣ·wê-

the ends

– אֶ֑רֶץ

’e·reṣ;

of the earth –

צֶ֝֗דֶק

ṣe·ḏeq,

מָלְאָ֥ה

mā·lə·’āh

. יְמִינֶֽךָ׃

yə·mî·ne·ḵā.

of Your right hand .

､ יִשְׂמַ֤ח ׀

yiś·maḥ

Let rejoice ､

הַר־

har-

צִיּ֗וֹן

ṣî·yō·wn,

､ תָּ֭גֵלְנָה

tā·ḡê·lə·nāh

let be glad ､

בְּנ֣וֹת

bə·nō·wṯ

יְהוּדָ֑ה

yə·hū·ḏāh;

לְ֝מַ֗עַן

lə·ma·‘an,

. מִשְׁפָּטֶֽיךָ׃

miš·pā·ṭe·ḵā.

of Your judgments .

סֹ֣בּוּ

sōb·bū

､ צִ֭יּוֹן

ṣî·yō·wn

Zion ､

וְהַקִּיפ֑וּהָ

wə·haq·qî·p̄ū·hā;

and go all around her

סִ֝פְר֗וּ

sip̄·rū,

. מִגְדָּלֶֽיהָ׃

miḡ·dā·le·hā.

שִׁ֤יתוּ

šî·ṯū

לִבְּכֶ֨ם ׀

lib·bə·ḵem

､ לְֽחֵילָ֗ה

lə·ḥê·lāh,

her bulwarks ､

פַּסְּג֥וּ

pas·sə·ḡū

– אַרְמְנוֹתֶ֑יהָ

’ar·mə·nō·w·ṯe·hā;

her palaces –

לְמַ֥עַן

lə·ma·‘an

תְּ֝סַפְּר֗וּ

tə·sap·pə·rū,

you may tell [it]

לְד֣וֹר

lə·ḏō·wr

to the generation

. אַחֲרֽוֹן׃

’a·ḥă·rō·wn.

כִּ֤י

kî

זֶ֨ה ׀

zeh

this [is]

אֱלֹהִ֣ים

’ĕ·lō·hîm

אֱ֭לֹהֵינוּ

’ĕ·lō·hê·nū

עוֹלָ֣ם

‘ō·w·lām

– וָעֶ֑ד

wā·‘eḏ;

and ever –

ה֖וּא

hū

He

יְנַהֲגֵ֣נוּ

yə·na·hă·ḡê·nū

will be our guide

עַל־

‘al-

[Even] to

. מֽוּת׃

mūṯ.
