לַמְנַצֵּ֥חַ

lam·naṣ·ṣê·aḥ

､ בִּנְגִינֹ֑ת

bin·ḡî·nōṯ;

On stringed instruments ､

מִזְמ֖וֹר

miz·mō·wr

. לְאָסָ֣ף

lə·’ā·sāp̄

of Asaph .

שִֽׁיר׃

šîr.

– נוֹדָ֣ע

nō·w·ḏā‘

בִּֽיהוּדָ֣ה

bî·hū·ḏāh

אֱלֹהִ֑ים

’ĕ·lō·hîm;

God [is]

בְּ֝יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל

bə·yiś·rā·’êl,

גָּד֥וֹל

gā·ḏō·wl

. שְׁמֽוֹ׃

šə·mōw.

His name [is] .

וַיְהִ֣י

way·hî

And is

בְשָׁלֵ֣ם

ḇə·šā·lêm

､ סֻכּ֑וֹ

suk·kōw;

His tabernacle ､

וּמְע֖וֹנָת֣וֹ

ū·mə·‘ō·w·nā·ṯōw

and His dwelling place

. בְצִיּֽוֹן׃

ḇə·ṣî·yō·wn.

in Zion .

שָׁ֭מָּה

māh

שִׁבַּ֣ר

šib·bar

רִשְׁפֵי־

riš·p̄ê-

､ קָ֑שֶׁת

qā·šeṯ;

of the bow ､

､ מָגֵ֬ן

mā·ḡên

the shield ､

､ וְחֶ֖רֶב

wə·ḥe·reḇ

and sword ､

. וּמִלְחָמָ֣ה

ū·mil·ḥā·māh

and of battle .

. סֶֽלָה׃

se·lāh.

נָ֭אוֹר

nā·’ō·wr

אַתָּ֥ה

’at·tāh

אַדִּ֗יר

’ad·dîr,

מֵֽהַרְרֵי־

mê·har·rê-

[Than] the mountains

. טָֽרֶף׃

ṭā·rep̄.

of prey .

､ אֶשְׁתּוֹלְל֨וּ ׀

’eš·tō·wl·lū

Were plundered ､

אַבִּ֣ירֵי

’ab·bî·rê

לֵ֭ב

lêḇ

נָמ֣וּ

nā·mū

they have sunk into

– שְׁנָתָ֑ם

šə·nā·ṯām;

their sleep –

וְלֹא־

wə·lō-

and none

מָצְא֖וּ

mā·ṣə·’ū

have found the use

כָל־

ḵāl

of

אַנְשֵׁי־

’an·šê-

the men

חַ֣יִל

ḥa·yil

. יְדֵיהֶֽם׃

yə·ḏê·hem.

מִ֭גַּעֲרָ֣תְךָ

mig·ga·‘ă·rā·ṯə·ḵā

אֱלֹהֵ֣י

’ĕ·lō·hê

､ יַעֲקֹ֑ב

ya·‘ă·qōḇ;

of Jacob ､

נִ֝רְדָּ֗ם

nir·dām,

were cast into a dead sleep

וְרֶ֣כֶב

wə·re·ḵeḇ

and both the chariot

. וָסֽוּס׃

wā·sūs.

and horse .

､ אַתָּ֤ה ׀

’at·tāh

You ､

– נ֥וֹרָא

nō·w·rā

to be feared –

､ אַ֗תָּה

’at·tāh,

You [are] ､

וּמִֽי־

ū·mî-

and who

יַעֲמֹ֥ד

ya·‘ă·mōḏ

לְפָנֶ֗יךָ

lə·p̄ā·ne·ḵā,

in Your presence

מֵאָ֥ז

mê·’āz

؟ אַפֶּֽךָ׃

’ap·pe·ḵā.

You are angry ؟

– מִ֭שָּׁמַיִם

miš·šā·ma·yim

from heaven –

הִשְׁמַ֣עְתָּ

hiš·ma‘·tā

You caused to be heard

דִּ֑ין

dîn;

אֶ֖רֶץ

’e·reṣ

､ יָֽרְאָ֣ה

yā·rə·’āh

､ וְשָׁקָֽטָה׃

wə·šā·qā·ṭāh.

and was still ､

בְּקוּם־

bə·qūm-

､ לַמִּשְׁפָּ֥ט

lam·miš·pāṭ

to judgment ､

אֱלֹהִ֑ים

’ĕ·lō·hîm;

לְהוֹשִׁ֖יעַ

lə·hō·wō·šî·a‘

כָּל־

kāl-

עַנְוֵי־

‘an·wê-

. אֶ֣רֶץ

’e·reṣ

of the earth .

. סֶֽלָה׃

se·lāh.

כִּֽי־

kî-

חֲמַ֣ת

ḥă·maṯ

אָדָ֣ם

’ā·ḏām

of man

תּוֹדֶ֑ךָּ

tō·w·ḏe·kā;

shall praise You

שְׁאֵרִ֖ית

šə·’ê·rîṯ

with the remainder

חֵמֹ֣ת

ḥê·mōṯ

. תַּחְגֹּֽר׃

taḥ·gōr.

You shall gird Yourself .

､ נִֽדֲר֣וּ

ni·ḏă·rū

וְשַׁלְּמוּ֮

wə·šal·lə·mū

and pay [them]

לַיהוָ֪ה

Yah·weh

– אֱ‍ֽלֹהֵ֫יכֶ֥ם

’ĕlō·hê·ḵem

כָּל־

kāl-

סְבִיבָ֑יו

sə·ḇî·ḇāw;

who are around Him

יוֹבִ֥ילוּ

yō·w·ḇî·lū

שַׁ֝֗י

šay,

. לַמּוֹרָֽא׃

lam·mō·w·rā.

to Him who [ought] to be feared .

יִ֭בְצֹר

yiḇ·ṣōr

He shall cut off

ר֣וּחַ

rū·aḥ

– נְגִידִ֑ים

nə·ḡî·ḏîm;

of princes –

נ֝וֹרָ֗א

nō·w·rā,

[He is] awesome

לְמַלְכֵי־

lə·mal·ḵê-

to the kings

. אָֽרֶץ׃

’ā·reṣ.

of the earth .
