God ､

､ אַל־

’al-

not ､

דֳּמִי־

do·mî-

do [keep] silent

לָ֑ךְ

lāḵ;

to

אַל־

’al-

not

､ תֶּחֱרַ֖שׁ

te·ḥĕ·raš

do hold Your peace ､

וְאַל־

wə·’al-

and not

､ תִּשְׁקֹ֣ט

tiš·qōṭ

do be still ､

､ כִּֽי־

kî-

For ､

､ הִנֵּ֣ה

hin·nêh

א֭וֹיְבֶיךָ

’ō·wy·ḇe·ḵā

– יֶהֱמָי֑וּן

ye·hĕ·mā·yūn;

make a tumult –

וּ֝מְשַׂנְאֶ֗יךָ

ū·mə·śan·’e·ḵā,

and those who hate You

נָ֣שְׂאוּ

nā·śə·’ū

. רֹֽאשׁ׃

rōš.

עַֽל־

‘al-

､ עַ֭מְּךָ

‘am·mə·ḵā

Your people ､

יַעֲרִ֣ימוּ

ya·‘ă·rî·mū

they have taken crafty

ס֑וֹד

sō·wḏ;

וְ֝יִתְיָעֲצ֗וּ

wə·yiṯ·yā·‘ă·ṣū,

and consulted together

עַל־

‘al-

. צְפוּנֶֽיךָ׃

ṣə·p̄ū·ne·ḵā.

Your sheltered ones .

､ אָמְר֗וּ

’ā·mə·rū,

They have said ､

､ לְ֭כוּ

lə·ḵū

come ､

וְנַכְחִידֵ֣ם

wə·naḵ·ḥî·ḏêm

and let us cut them off

– מִגּ֑וֹי

mig·gō·w;

from [being] a nation –

וְלֹֽא־

wə·lō-

and no

. יִזָּכֵ֖ר

yiz·zā·ḵêr

that may be remembered .

they have consulted together

. יִכְרֹֽתוּ׃

אָהֳלֵ֣י

’ā·ho·lê

､ אֱ֭דוֹם

’ĕ·ḏō·wm

of Edom ､

– וְיִשְׁמְעֵאלִ֗ים

wə·yiš·mə·‘ê·lîm,

and the Ishmaelites –

､ מוֹאָ֥ב

mō·w·’āḇ

Moab ､

– וְהַגְרִֽים׃

wə·haḡ·rîm.

and the Hagrites –

､ גְּבָ֣ל

gə·ḇāl

､ וְ֭עַמּוֹן

wə·‘am·mō·wn

and Ammon ､

– וַעֲמָלֵ֑ק

wa·‘ă·mā·lêq;

and Amalek –

פְּ֝לֶ֗שֶׁת

pə·le·šeṯ,

עִם־

‘im-

with

יֹ֥שְׁבֵי

yō·šə·ḇê

the inhabitants

– צֽוֹר׃

ṣō·wr.

of Tyre –

גַּם־

gam-

אַ֭שּׁוּר

’aš·šūr

נִלְוָ֣ה

nil·wāh

עִמָּ֑ם

‘im·mām;

with them

הָ֤י֥וּ

hā·yū

זְר֖וֹעַ

zə·rō·w·a‘

לִבְנֵי־

liḇ·nê-

the sons

. ל֣וֹט

lō·wṭ

of Lot .

. סֶֽלָה׃

עֲשֵֽׂה־

‘ă·śêh-

לָהֶ֥ם

lā·hem

with them

– כְּמִדְיָ֑ן

kə·miḏ·yān;

as [with] Midian –

､ כְּֽסִֽיסְרָ֥א

kə·sî·sə·rā

as [with] Sisera ､

､ כְ֝יָבִ֗ין

ḵə·yā·ḇîn,

as [with] Jabin ､

בְּנַ֣חַל

bə·na·ḥal

at the Brook

､ קִישֽׁוֹן׃

qî·šō·wn.

נִשְׁמְד֥וּ

niš·mə·ḏū

בְֽעֵין־

ḇə·‘ên-

at

､ דֹּ֑אר

dōr;

En Dor ､

הָ֥יוּ

hā·yū

דֹּ֝֗מֶן

dō·men,

. לָאֲדָמָֽה׃

lā·’ă·ḏā·māh.

on the earth .

שִׁיתֵ֣מוֹ

šî·ṯê·mōw

נְ֭דִיבֵמוֹ

nə·ḏî·ḇê·mōw

､ כְּעֹרֵ֣ב

kə·‘ō·rêḇ

– וְכִזְאֵ֑ב

wə·ḵiz·’êḇ;

and like Zeeb –

､ וּֽכְזֶ֥בַח

ū·ḵə·ze·ḇaḥ

and Yes like Zebah ､

､ וּ֝כְצַלְמֻנָּ֗ע

ū·ḵə·ṣal·mun·nā‘,

and Zalmunna ､

כָּל־

kāl-

. נְסִיכֵֽמוֹ׃

nə·sî·ḵê·mōw.

their princes .

אֲשֶׁ֣ר

’ă·šer

､ אָ֭מְרוּ

’ā·mə·rū

said ､

נִ֣ירֲשָׁה

nî·ră·šāh

let us take for a possession

לָּ֑נוּ

lā·nū;

אֵ֝֗ת

’êṯ,

-

נְא֣וֹת

nə·’ō·wṯ

. אֱלֹהִֽים׃

’ĕ·lō·hîm.

of God .

､ אֱ‍ֽלֹהַ֗י

’ĕlō·hay,

My God ､

שִׁיתֵ֥מוֹ

šî·ṯê·mōw

– כַגַּלְגַּ֑ל

ḵag·gal·gal;

like the whirling dust –

כְּ֝קַ֗שׁ

kə·qaš,

לִפְנֵי־

lip̄·nê-

. רֽוּחַ׃

rū·aḥ.

the wind .

כְּאֵ֥שׁ

kə·’êš

As the fire

תִּבְעַר־

tiḇ·‘ar-

､ יָ֑עַר

yā·‘ar;

the woods ､

וּ֝כְלֶהָבָ֗ה

ū·ḵə·le·hā·ḇāh,

and as the flame

תְּלַהֵ֥ט

tə·la·hêṭ

– הָרִֽים׃

hā·rîm.

the mountains –

כֵּ֭ן

kên

so

תִּרְדְּפֵ֣ם

tir·də·p̄êm

､ בְּסַעֲרֶ֑ךָ

bə·sa·‘ă·re·ḵā;

with Your tempest ､

וּבְסוּפָתְךָ֥

ū·ḇə·sū·p̄ā·ṯə·ḵā

and with Your storm

. תְבַהֲלֵֽם׃

ṯə·ḇa·hă·lêm.

frighten them .

מַלֵּ֣א

mal·lê

פְנֵיהֶ֣ם

p̄ə·nê·hem

– קָל֑וֹן

qā·lō·wn;

with shame –

וִֽיבַקְשׁ֖וּ

wî·ḇaq·šū

that they may seek

､ שִׁמְךָ֣

šim·ḵā

. יְהוָֽה׃

Yah·weh.

יֵבֹ֖שׁוּ

yê·ḇō·šū

Let them be confounded

וְיִבָּהֲל֥וּ

wə·yib·bā·hă·lū

עֲדֵי־

‘ă·ḏê-

– עַ֗ד

‘aḏ,

､ וְֽיַחְפְּר֥וּ

wə·yaḥ·pə·rū

and Yes let them be put to shame ､

､ וְיֹאבֵֽדוּ׃

wə·yō·ḇê·ḏū.

and perish ､

וְֽיֵדְע֗וּ

wə·yê·ḏə·‘ū,

that they may know

כִּֽי־

kî-

､ אַתָּ֬ה

’at·tāh

You ､

שִׁמְךָ֣

šim·ḵā

whose name [is]

､ יְהוָ֣ה

Yah·weh

לְבַדֶּ֑ךָ

lə·ḇad·de·ḵā;

עֶ֝לְי֗וֹן

‘el·yō·wn,

[Are] the Most High

עַל־

‘al-

כָּל־

kāl-

. הָאָֽרֶץ׃

hā·’ā·reṣ.

the earth .
