לַמְנַצֵּ֥חַ

lam·naṣ·ṣê·aḥ

､ הַגִּתִּ֑ית

hag·git·tîṯ;

an instrument of Gath ､

לִבְנֵי־

liḇ·nê-

of the sons

. קֹ֥רַח

qō·raḥ

of Korah .

מִזְמֽוֹר׃

miz·mō·wr.

מַה־

mah-

יְּדִיד֥וֹת

yə·ḏî·ḏō·wṯ

､ מִשְׁכְּנוֹתֶ֗יךָ

miš·kə·nō·w·ṯe·ḵā,

[is] Your tabernacle ､

יְהוָ֥ה

Yah·weh

! צְבָאֽוֹת׃

ṣə·ḇā·’ō·wṯ.

of hosts !

､ נִכְסְפָ֬ה

niḵ·sə·p̄āh

וְגַם־

wə·ḡam-

כָּלְתָ֨ה ׀

kā·lə·ṯāh

נַפְשִׁי֮

nap̄·šî

לְחַצְר֪וֹת

lə·ḥaṣ·rō·wṯ

– יְה֫וָ֥ה

Yah·weh

of Yahweh –

לִבִּ֥י

lib·bî

וּבְשָׂרִ֑י

ū·ḇə·śā·rî;

and my flesh

יְ֝רַנְּנ֗וּ

yə·ran·nə·nū,

אֶ֣ל

’el

אֵֽל־

’êl-

the God

. חָֽי׃

ḥāy.

､ גַּם־

gam-

Even ､

צִפּ֨וֹר ׀

ṣip·pō·wr

מָ֪צְאָה

mā·ṣə·’āh

､ בַ֡יִת

ḇa·yiṯ

a home ､

וּדְר֤וֹר ׀

ū·ḏə·rō·wr

and the swallow

קֵ֥ן

qên

לָהּ֮

lāh

אֲשֶׁר־

’ă·šer-

שָׁ֪תָה

šā·ṯāh

､ אֶפְרֹ֫חֶ֥יהָ

’ep̄·rō·ḥe·hā

אֶֽת־

’eṯ-

-

､ מִ֭זְבְּחוֹתֶיךָ

miz·bə·ḥō·w·ṯe·ḵā

[Even] Your altars ､

יְהוָ֣ה

Yah·weh

､ צְבָא֑וֹת

ṣə·ḇā·’ō·wṯ;

of hosts ､

､ מַ֝לְכִּ֗י

mal·kî,

my King ､

. וֵאלֹהָֽי׃

wê·lō·hāy.

and My God .

אַ֭שְׁרֵי

’aš·rê

יוֹשְׁבֵ֣י

yō·wō·šə·ḇê

those who dwell in

! בֵיתֶ֑ךָ

ḇê·ṯe·ḵā;

ע֝֗וֹד

‘ō·wḏ,

יְֽהַלְל֥וּךָ

yə·hal·lū·ḵā

they will be praising You

. סֶּֽלָה׃

se·lāh.

אַשְׁרֵ֣י

’aš·rê

אָ֭דָם

’ā·ḏām

the man

עֽוֹז־

‘ō·wz-

whose strength [is]

ל֥וֹ

lōw

to

בָ֑ךְ

ḇāḵ;

in You

מְ֝סִלּ֗וֹת

mə·sil·lō·wṯ,

. בִּלְבָבָֽם׃

bil·ḇā·ḇām.

Whose heart [is set] .

עֹבְרֵ֤י ׀

‘ō·ḇə·rê

בְּעֵ֣מֶק

bə·‘ê·meq

through the Valley

הַ֭בָּכָא

hab·bā·ḵā

– מַעְיָ֣ן

ma‘·yān

a spring –

יְשִׁית֑וּהוּ

yə·šî·ṯū·hū;

גַּם־

gam-

בְּ֝רָכ֗וֹת

bə·rā·ḵō·wṯ,

with pools

יַעְטֶ֥ה

ya‘·ṭeh

. מוֹרֶֽה׃

mō·w·reh.

the rain .

יֵ֭לְכוּ

yê·lə·ḵū

מֵחַ֣יִל

mê·ḥa·yil

אֶל־

’el-

to

､ חָ֑יִל

ḥā·yil;

יֵרָאֶ֖ה

yê·rā·’eh

[Each one] appears

אֶל־

’el-

אֱלֹהִ֣ים

’ĕ·lō·hîm

. בְּצִיּֽוֹן׃

bə·ṣî·yō·wn.

in Zion .

יְה֘וָ֤ה

Yah·weh

אֱלֹהִ֣ים

’ĕ·lō·hîm

､ צְ֭בָאוֹת

ṣə·ḇā·’ō·wṯ

of hosts ､

שִׁמְעָ֣ה

šim·‘āh

– תְפִלָּתִ֑י

ṯə·p̄il·lā·ṯî;

my prayer –

､ הַאֲזִ֨ינָה

ha·’ă·zî·nāh

אֱלֹהֵ֖י

’ĕ·lō·hê

. יַעֲקֹ֣ב

ya·‘ă·qōḇ

of Jacob .

. סֶֽלָה׃

se·lāh.

､ מָ֭גִנֵּנוּ

mā·ḡin·nê·nū

､ רְאֵ֣ה

rə·’êh

אֱלֹהִ֑ים

’ĕ·lō·hîm;

וְ֝הַבֵּ֗ט

wə·hab·bêṭ,

פְּנֵ֣י

pə·nê

the face

. מְשִׁיחֶֽךָ׃

mə·šî·ḥe·ḵā.

of Your anointed .

כִּ֤י

kî

טֽוֹב־

ṭō·wḇ-

י֥וֹם

yō·wm

a day [is]

בַּחֲצֵרֶ֗יךָ

ba·ḥă·ṣê·re·ḵā,

. מֵ֫אָ֥לֶף

mê·’ā·lep̄

than a thousand .

בָּחַ֗רְתִּי

bā·ḥar·tî,

I would rather be

הִ֭סְתּוֹפֵף

his·tō·w·p̄êp̄

בְּבֵ֣ית

bə·ḇêṯ

in the house

､ אֱלֹהַ֑י

’ĕ·lō·hay;

of my God ､

מִ֝דּ֗וּר

mid·dūr,

בְּאָהֳלֵי־

bə·’ā·ho·lê-

in the tents

. רֶֽשַׁע׃

re·ša‘.

of wickedness .

כִּ֤י

kî

שֶׁ֨מֶשׁ ׀

še·meš

– וּמָגֵן֮

ū·mā·ḡên

and shield –

יְהוָ֪ה

Yah·weh

אֱלֹ֫הִ֥ים

’ĕ·lō·hîm

God [is]

חֵ֣ן

ḥên

– וְ֭כָבוֹד

wə·ḵā·ḇō·wḏ

and glory –

יִתֵּ֣ן

yit·tên

will give

יְהוָ֑ה

Yah·weh;

לֹ֥א

lō

יִמְנַע־

yim·na‘-

will He withhold

ט֝֗וֹב

ṭō·wḇ,

לַֽהֹלְכִ֥ים

la·hō·lə·ḵîm

from those who walk

. בְּתָמִֽים׃

bə·ṯā·mîm.

יְהוָ֥ה

Yah·weh

､ צְבָא֑וֹת

ṣə·ḇā·’ō·wṯ;

of hosts ､

אַֽשְׁרֵ֥י

’aš·rê

אָ֝דָ֗ם

’ā·ḏām,

the man

בֹּטֵ֥חַ

bō·ṭê·aḥ

. בָּֽךְ׃

bāḵ.

in You .
