'Great King' in the Bible

Rab-shakeh told them, "Tell Hezekiah right now, "This is what the great king, the king of Assyria says:

Then Rab-shakeh stood up and cried out loud, "Listen to what the great king, the king of Assyria has to say.

In answer they responded, "We are servants of the God of heaven and earth, and are rebuilding the Temple that was built many years ago by a great king of Israel.
