'He Remembered' in the Bible
After these things, when the fury of king Ahasuerus was appeased, he remembered Vashti, and what she had done, and what was decreed against her.
And he remembered that they were flesh, a breath that passeth away and cometh not again.
For he remembered his holy word, and Abraham his servant;
And he remembered for them his covenant, and repented according to the multitude of his loving-kindnesses;
Because he remembered not to shew kindness, but persecuted the afflicted and needy man, and the broken in heart, to slay him.
But he remembered the days of old, Moses and his people: Where is he that brought them up out of the sea with the shepherds of his flock? Where is he that put his holy Spirit within him,
Her impurity was in her skirts, she remembered not her latter end; and she came down wonderfully: she hath no comforter. Jehovah, behold my affliction; for the enemy hath magnified himself.
