'Kings of the Earth' in the Bible

He said, Yes. And when he had come into the house, Jesus anticipated him, saying, What do you think, Simon? From whom do the kings of the earth take custom or tribute? From their sons, or from strangers?

The kings of the earth stood up, and the rulers were gathered together against the Lord and against His Christ."
