'Perfect Man' in the Bible

With the merciful thou wilt show thyself merciful; With the perfect man thou wilt show thyself perfect;

Behold, God will not cast away a perfect man, Neither will he uphold the evil-doers.

If I will justify myself, mine own mouth shall condemn me; if I will put forth my self for a perfect man, he shall prove me a wicked doer.

I am as one that is a laughing-stock to his neighbor, I who called upon God, and he answered: The just, the perfect man is a laughing-stock.
