Luke 21:34-38 - Be Alert
34 Be awake so your hearts are not weighed down. Do not allow the weight of worldly involvement, drunkenness, and cares of this life be a snare when that day suddenly comes. 35 It will come as a surprise to all who dwell on the face of the earth. 36 Be on the watch all the time. Pray for the strength to escape all these things in order to stand before the Son of man.
37 He taught in the temple every day and he stayed on the Mount of Olives at night. 38 The people came early in the morning to hear him in the temple.
