Matthew 26:14-16 - Judas Arranges To Betray Jesus

¹⁴ About this time went one of the twelve, called Judas Iscariot, ¹⁵ to the chief priests, and said, What will ye give me, and I will deliver Him to you? and they promised him thirty pieces of silver: ¹⁶ and from that time he sought opportunity to betray Him.

¹⁰ And Judas Iscariot, one of the twelve, went to the chief priests, in order to betray Him unto them. ¹¹ And they were glad, when they heard it, and engaged to give him money. And he sought to betray Him at a proper season.

³ Then entred Satan into Judas who was surnamed Iscariot, one of the twelve. ⁴ And he went and conferred with the chief priests and the captains, how he might betray Him unto them. ⁵ And they were glad and agreed to give him money: ⁶ and he accepted the terms, and sought an opportunity to betray Him unto them in the absence of the multitude.
