Revelation 3:1-6 - The Letter To The Church In Sardis

¹ To the angel of the Church at Sardis, write. These things says He who has the seven Spirits of God and the seven stars. I know your works, that you have the name of being alive, but are really dead. ² Be continually on the watch, and establish the things that remain, which were ready to die. For I have not found your works perfected before my God. ³ Call to mind, then, what you have received and heard, and hold to it, and repent. Unless you are on the watch, I will come as a thief, and you will never know at what hour I am coming upon you. ⁴ Yet you have a few names in Sardis that have not defiled their garment; and they shall walk with me in white, for they are worthy. ⁵ He who overcomes shall thus be clad in white raiment; and I will in no wise blot out his name from the book of life, and I will own his name before my Father, and before his angels.

⁶ Let him who has an ear, listen to what the Spirit is saying to the churches.
