Matthew 24:32-35 - The Parable Of The Fig Tree
32 But learn the parable of the fig tree. When its branch is now green, and puts forth leaves, you know that the summer is nigh. 33 So also when you see all these things, know that [the Son of man] is nigh, at the doors. 34 I tell you truly, that this generation shall not pass away till all these things shall be accomplished. 35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.

When its branch is now tender and it puts forth leaves, it is known that the summer is nigh; 29 so also when you see all these things occur, know that [the Son of man] is nigh, at the doors. 30 I tell you truly, that this generation shall not pass away till all these things are accomplished. 31 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
29 And he spoke to them a parable; See the fig tree and all the trees; 30 when they now put forth, observing you know of yourselves that summer already is nigh; 31 so, also, when you see all these things occur, know that the kingdom of God is nigh. 32 I tell you truly, that this generation shall by no means pass away till all these things are accomplished. 33 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
