John 4:39-42 - The Samaritans And The Savior Of The World
39 And many of the Samaritans of that city believed on him, because of the word of the woman who testified, He told me all things that I ever did. 40 When, therefore, the Samaritans came to him, they besought him to abide with them. And he abode there two days. 41 And many more believed because of his own word; 42 and they said to the woman: We no longer believe because of what you said, for we ourselves have heard, and we know that this is in truth the Savior of the world, the Christ.
