Matthew 16:1-4 - The Signs Of The Times

¹ The Pharisees and Sadducees came up and to test him asked him to show them a sign from heaven.

² He answered, ³ OMITTED TEXT ⁴ "It is a wicked and faithless age that insists on a sign, and no sign will be given it but the sign of Jonah." And he left them and went away.

⁵⁴ And he said to the crowds, "When you see a cloud rise in the west, you say at once, 'It is going to rain,' and it does. ⁵⁵ And when you see the south wind blowing, you say, 'It is going to be very hot,' and it is. ⁵⁶ You hypocrites! You know how to interpret the look of the earth and sky; and why can you not interpret this present time?
