David knew that Saul was devising mischief against him; and he said to Abiathar the priest, "Bring the ephod here." him, being delivered up by the determined counsel and foreknowledge of God, by the hand of lawless men, crucified and killed;
For whom he foreknew, he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers.
