And he shall take of the congregation of the children of Israel two he-goats for a sin-offering, and one ram for a burnt-offering.

And he shall take the two he-goats and present them before Jehovah at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.

And Aaron shall cast lots on the two he-goats; one lot for Jehovah and the other lot for a complete removal.

And they shall no more sacrifice their sacrifices unto the he-goats, after which they play the harlot. This shall be a statute forever unto them throughout their generations.
