After he measured the wall of the house, six cubits; and the width of every side chamber, four cubits, round about the house on every side.

And the side chambers were three stories, one over another, and thirty in each story; and they entered into the wall which was of the house for the side chambers round about, that they might have support, but they were not supported by the wall of the house.

And the side chambers became wider as they ascended from story to story, corresponding to the enlargement of the offset from story to story round about the house; on the side of the house a stairway led upward, and thus one went up from the lowest story to the top story through the middle story.

This is the law of the house; Upon the top of the mountain the whole area round about shall be most holy. Behold, this is the law of the house.

So I went in and saw; and behold every form of creeping things, and abominable beasts, and all the idols of the house of Israel, portrayed upon the wall round about.

And there shall be no more a pricking brier unto the house of Israel, nor any grieving thorn of all that are round about them, that despised them; and they shall know that I am the Lord GOD.

And behold a wall on the outside of the house round about, and in the man's hand a measuring rod of six cubits long by the cubit and a handbreadth: so he measured the width of the building, one rod; and the height, one rod.

I saw also an elevation of the house round about: the foundations of the side chambers were a full rod of six great cubits.

And between the chambers was a width of twenty cubits round about the house on every side.

To that above the door, even unto the inner house, and outside, and by all the wall round about within and without, by measure.

So that the face of a man was toward the palm tree on the one side, and the face of a young lion toward the palm tree on the other side: it was made through all the house round about.

Now when he had finished measuring the inner house, he brought me out through the gate which faces toward the east, and measured it round about.
