Then Judas Iscariot, one of the twelve, went to the chief priests to betray him to them. And when they heard it they were glad, and promised to give him money. So he sought an opportunity to betray him.

And the guards received him with slaps in the face. Now as Peter was below in the courtyard, one of the servant girls of the high priest came.

But they cried out, "Away with him! Away with him! Crucify him!" Pilate said to them, "Shall I crucify your King?" The chief priests answered, "We have no King but Caesar." Then he handed him over to them to be crucified. So they took Jesus.
There they crucified him, and two others with him, one on either side, and Jesus in the center.
