Then one of the twelve, called Judas Iscariot, went to the chief priests, and said, What will ye give me, and I will deliver him up to you? And they paid him thirty pieces of silver.



Then Judas, who betrayed him, when he saw that he was condemned, repented, and brought back the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and elders, saying, I sinned in betraying innocent blood. And they said, What is that to us? See thou to it.
