Every subject must obey the government-authorities, for no authority exists apart from God; the existing authorities have been constituted by God. Jesus answered, "Anyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again, but anyone who drinks the water I shall give him will never thirst any more; the water I shall give him will turn into a spring of water welling up to eternal life."
